Commercial painting that respects your operating hours.
Offices, retail, restaurants, multifamily, and tenant improvements across the Denver metro. After-hours and weekend scheduling, phased work to minimize downtime, COI on file, and monthly invoicing for repeat accounts.
Painting that doesn't cost you a day of revenue.
Commercial painting is a different game from residential. The work itself isn't dramatically different β surfaces still need prep, paint still needs two coats, dry time is still dry time. What changes is the constraint: you can't shut down operations for a week. Your tenants can't smell paint at 9 AM. Your customers can't walk into a job site.
GT502 builds commercial schedules around your operating hours. Most of our office and retail accounts are painted overnight, on weekends, or in phases β one floor or one zone at a time, while the rest of the space stays operational. We use low-VOC and zero-VOC products by default for occupied spaces, and we coordinate access, alarms, and after-hours protocols during the walkthrough so there are no surprises on day one.

How commercial pricing works
Commercial work is always quoted after a free walkthrough. We come on-site, measure paintable square footage, document the scope (number of rooms, ceilings, trim, doors, prep level), and propose a flat-rate price. Most Denver office and retail jobs in the 2,000β8,000 sq ft range fall between $4,500 and $18,000, depending on cadence, prep needs, and after-hours requirements.
Multifamily and apartment turnover work is priced per unit. We have a tier for property management firms running 5+ units per quarter β bulk pricing, dedicated turnaround windows, and direct invoicing to the property entity.
Built for the spaces where downtime costs revenue.
Different facilities have different paint requirements β what works for an open-plan office doesn't work for a restaurant kitchen or a medical clinic. We adapt the protocol to each space.
Numbers that matter to operations teams.
Commercial painting, answered.
Yes. We carry $2M general liability, workers' compensation, and a contractor's license for Colorado. Our agent issues a COI naming your business or property manager as additional insured at no charge β usually within one business day of your request.
Yes β and it's how most of our commercial accounts run. We coordinate access (key, code, alarm) during the walkthrough, confirm arrival/departure each shift via text or email, and use low-VOC paint so the space is fully usable when your team arrives the next morning. Weekend service is included with no premium.
Per unit. Standard 1BR turnover paint runs $480β$650 depending on condition and scope (walls only vs. walls + trim + ceiling). 2BR and larger are quoted individually. Property management firms running 5+ turnovers per quarter get bulk pricing and dedicated weekly slots.
For occupied spaces we default to zero-VOC paint (Sherwin-Williams Harmony or Benjamin Moore Aura). The smell is minimal and dissipates within hours. For sensitive environments β daycares, medical offices, food service β we can use even more aggressive low-emission products and document each product's MSDS for your records.
A 4,000 sq ft office is usually 4β6 nights of after-hours work, depending on prep needs and trim scope. We can compress that to 2β3 days if the office is willing to close, or stretch it across more shifts if no overnight work is allowed. We give you a written timeline before signing.
Always β and this is a meaningful advantage on commercial work. After tenants move out of an office, walls usually have screw holes, picture-hanger damage, dent marks, and sometimes water damage. We patch, mud, texture-match, and paint with the same crew. No separate drywall sub, no waiting two weeks between trades.
